The Groovetracer™ counterweight is designed to fit all Rega tonearms and tonearms with 1/2" (12.7mm) endstub. There are 2 standard weights available, 130 gram & 150 gram.
For cartridges weighing less than 8 grams, we recommend the 130 gram counterweight.
The carrier (or main body) is CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum and the standard weights are polished stainless steel. The weights are damped internally and the carrier is decoupled from the end stub by a Delrin bushing and No-Mar set screw.
We also offer Tungsten and Brass weights for those wishing additional mass. Please contact us for pricing on special order requests.
Standard available colors are Black anodize and Silver anodize. Simple setup instructions and an Allen wrench are included.
